• Machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F) inside out with similar colours
• Do not iron
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid bleach
• Do not use fabric softeners

We aim to process all orders, including your Follow Your Bliss Sweater, within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• USA orders: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
• International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply.

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items, including your Follow Your Bliss Sweater, reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

If approved, you can choose either:

• A free replacement (processed in 2–3 business days).
• Store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping).

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and damaged items do not need to be sent back.
