Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, description, and a photo of the damage.

If approved, you can choose either:

A free replacement (processed in 2–3 business days)
Store credit equal to the product's value (excludes shipping)

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and damaged items do not need to be sent back.
