We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

Because each set of Wreath Merry Christmas Custom Napkins is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalization entered at checkout.
