The Design

An illustrated couple standing hand-in-hand forms the central focal point, positioned before an oversized textured red heart.

Soft blush and dusty rose tones frame the composition, while delicate floating hearts add movement and a whimsical romantic detail. “Welcome to Our Special Day” appears above the heart, with your names displayed in flowing white script across it and your wedding date positioned below.

Napkin Details

Printed on premium 3-ply paper tissue, these single-use napkins feature a one-sided full-colour digital print on a classic white napkin base. The illustrated composition is framed by an irregular, hand-cut-style white border around the design.

Available in cocktail and luncheon sizes, the napkins can be ordered in quantities from 50 to 1,000 pieces. Personalisation allows you to add your first names and wedding date to the design.

Shipping & Delivery

Each set of Wedding Heart Custom Napkins is made to order, so please allow time for careful production before dispatch.

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

Because each set of Wedding Heart Custom Napkins is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalization entered at checkout.
