Keep your Taurus Tote Bag looking great by following these simple care instructions:

  • For small stains, use a clean cloth with a mild detergent and lukewarm water.
  • Avoid scrubbing as it may damage the fabric.
  • For other stains, handwashing recommended. Fill a basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove all soap.
  • Let the bag air dry in a shaded area. Do not use a dryer.
  • Machine washing not recommended.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA orders: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
  • International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

If approved, you can choose either:

  • A free replacement (processed in 2–3 business days).
  • Store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping).

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and damaged items do not need to be sent back.
