Shipping & Delivery

Each set of Special Day Custom Wedding Napkins is made to order, so please allow time for careful production before dispatch.

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA orders: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

Because each set of Special Day Custom Wedding Napkins is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalization entered at checkout.
