We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items, including the Positive Mind Positive Life T-Shirt, reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.
If approved, you can choose either:
- A free replacement (processed in 2–3 business days).
- Store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping).
