Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items, including the New York City T-Shirt, reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

If approved, you can choose either:

  • Store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping).

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, and damaged items do not need to be sent back.
