The Design

A lush floral arrangement flows from the upper-left corner, creating movement across the composition while leaving generous open space around the artwork. Blush garden roses, soft cream blooms, and dusty blue flowers are layered with smaller blossoms and rich sage, olive, and teal foliage, creating depth through varied colour and form.

Fine botanical stems extend gently toward the edges, reinforcing the free-flowing structure of the illustration. On the right, your personalised names appear in flowing handwritten script, with the wedding date beneath in small, widely spaced capitals. The combination of concentrated florals and open white space gives the design a balanced, contemporary layout.

Napkin Details

Printed on premium 3-ply paper tissue, these single-use napkins feature a one-sided full-colour digital print on a classic white napkin base. The open white areas provide contrast around the floral illustration while giving the personalised typography its own defined space.

Available in cocktail and luncheon sizes, the napkins can be ordered in quantities from 50 to 1,000 pieces. Personalisation allows you to add your first names and wedding date to the right side of the composition.

Shipping & Delivery

Each set of Floral Custom Wedding Napkins is made to order, so please allow time for careful production before dispatch.

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)
International: ~14 business days (some regions may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. For international customers, import duties or taxes may apply.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

Because each set of Floral Custom Wedding Napkins is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect personalization entered at checkout.
