The Design

We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: ~7 business days (rural areas may take longer)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we’re unable to change delivery addresses once an order is placed.

Our Refund Policy

We accept refund or replacement requests for damaged items, including your Carpe Diem Hoodie, reported within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order ID, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damage.

  • Store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping).
